DELIVERY INFORMATION
We only deliver to UK mainland addresses.
Orders are dispatched within 24hrs off recieveing them.
Goods will be delivered between 9.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
Please note we are unable to send goods outside of the U.K or to BFPO addresses. All parcels we send are insured at no extra cost.

EXPORT SALES

For business based outside UK, orders can be placed and payment can be made using Paypal. We are unable to deliver items outside UK, however you can arrange collection of the order using your own specified courier. Please note: We do not take any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Any transit issues need to be resolved by yourselves and the couriers in question.

 

DROP SHIP

We do not offer the drop ship facility

DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE MAINLAND UK
Delivery prices quoted are for UK mainland delivery only. For deliveries to Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or Eire please call or email for details.   
 
DELIVERY TIME
If your items do not arrive within three working days of receiving a dispatch note via e-mail or confirmation via telephone of delivery then please contact us and we will contact the courier.
 
MISSED DELIVERY
If you miss delivery of your order you must respond to the card left by the couriers. If this is ignored the courier will re attempt delivery the next working day. If this re-delivery is again unsuccessful, the item will be returned to the couriers™ depot for further instruction and eventually returned back to Shenu Fashions. If this occurs then the buyer will be responsible for any re-delivery charges.
 
WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS DETAILS
If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and another party signs for your goods, then Shenu Fashions cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.
 
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have the right to cancel your order 7 days from reciept of payment. Please note that if your order has been processed and dispatched then we are unable to cancel it. Once recieved the buyer needs to re-send the items back to us and the return costs of products are at the buyers expense.

All products returned must be in the same condition as sent out -in the original packaging and not used.
In the event of none delivery of any items, we reserve the right to refund the product cost back to the customer.
These terms and conditions are subject for website purchases only.

CONDITIONS OF USE
1. Customers to provide full, accurate and legible information in the order process.
2. All prices are in UK Sterling.
3. All credit card payments must be authorised online. In the event of non-authorisation of any credit card, We are not responsible for all or part failure or non-acceptance and non-authorisation of such credit cards.
4.We will not be responsible for wrong delivery due to incorrect and/or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
5. While we make every effort to accurately reproduce colours, there may be minor variations in the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes. Minor variation may occur in colour as seen on a computer against the actual colour of the item received.
6. All items offered are subject to availability at the time of placing your order.
7. Designs and prices are subject to change without notice.
